SkillsOne caught up with incredibly talented Pâtisserie & Confectionery ‪Skillaroo, and TAFE Northern Sydney Institute graduate, Adele Di Bella. Adele gave us an insight into her sweet sugar sculpting skills as she prepared to head of to São Paulo, Brazil, to represent Australia in the 43rd International WorldSkills Competition.
