Executive Chefs Club, Novotel Darling Harbour, Sydney

On Tuesday September 15th, 2015 SkillsOne joined the Executive Chefs Clubs for an afternoon of tastings, seafood demonstrations, dining and discussion, hosted by Anthony Flowers, Executive Chef of Novotel Darling Harbour.

In theme of the event we asked the guests about their journey as Executive Chefs, and what is the difference between a head Chef and an Executive Chef - Notably featuring Managing Director of Leading Chef Academy Martin Probst, and Executive Chef International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Tony Panetta.
