On Tuesday March 31st, 2015 SkillsOne joined the Executive Chefs Clubs for an afternoon of dining, discussion, and some of Sydney's best views, hosted by the Shangri's Hotel's head Chef Bo Sorensen.
In theme of the event we asked the guests 'How to be a modern success in the kitchen?" Notably featuring Managing Director of Leading Chef Academy Martin Probst, young guest chef Shaun Presland from Sake Restaurant, and a demonstration of Japanese dining by Master Sushi Chef Hideo Dekura.
