Amy – The Butcher

"Determined, thick skinned and a sense of humour" - This is how Amy would describe herself.

Amy has been working in the butcher shop since she's been 16 years old - 10 years ago! She has finished her apprenticeship 2 years ago at the top of her class, being the only girl in her class.

Now she loves being a butcher and working in the shop.
