Skills Blooming with School Based Apprentices & Trainees

Courtney Hanigan, aged 17, is Amelia Holland’s first School Based Trainee at her florist in Norwest Market Centre, Baulkham Hills.

As a small business owner Amelia was hesitant about taking on a School Based Trainee, however, over the past two years she has experienced benefits to her business both on a short-term basis and in the long term.
