Industry Ambassador – Lynn Green

Lynn started in the chocolate industry with a part time job throughout university and high school at a family owned chocolate/gift shop.

It wasn’t until later in life that she truly realised her passion for chocolate and decided to make the professional move to small business owner where she could follow her passion with the flexibility to maintain the work/life balance she wanted and the added bonus on being able to work from home.

Lynn has learnt a lot over the years from the people she has come across not only of the technical side of things but also taught her a lot about managing at even thriving with a small business. Because of the help she received over the years she feels is important to give other the same benefit and spends much of her time advising other as she remembers how challenging it was opening her own business and feels everyone needs to have someone to they can talk to without being made to feel venerable.

Lynn loves what she does and loves that her career is challenging but at the same time give her enough flexibility to enjoy her friends and family, and who wouldn’t love getting to play with chocolate every day
