Christmas Bake-Off

Glenorie Bakery is owned and run by the Italian Firina family. Rob and James are brothers and James has just completed his own baking apprenticeship. The brothers say they want to promote baking as a good career choice because the teamwork that goes into making so much delicious fresh produce each day is fun and very rewarding.
