Coleen & Geoff Barnes: Harvest Trail Pickers

Coleen and Geoff retired in 2005 and decided to travel around Australia, working the Harvest Trail along the way.

The two are on the road for 6-8 months every year, following the Harvest Trail, and have taken on a variety of work, from picking strawberries in Queensland to olives in Victoria.

Geoff and Colleen discuss the advantages for them of having made the lifestyle change to working the Harvest Trail, their passion for travelling and exploring and the friends they’ve made along the way.
