We meet Donna Milton, a female boat builder at McConaghy Boats, the name behind award-winning racing yachts around the world. She tell us how she went from being unemployed in the country, to building the Alfa Romeo, the yacht that won the Girgalia Rolex Cup this year.

Company Partner and Master Boat Builder Steve Moxham also tells us about the enormous value of women in the male world of boat-building.
