Industry, educators, employers and group training organisations came together 7 May 2015 for the Group Training Association of NSW & ACT Skills Conference to discuss the challenges ahead for training and industry.

Senator The Hon Simon Birmingham gave an address exploring the current state of skills and the future for apprenticeships and traineeships.

The Government is seeking to reform the VET sector to improve outcomes and improve the status of vocational education and training.
