SkillsOne had a lesson in Restaurant Service with Skillaroo, and TAFE Northern Sydney Institute graduate, Samantha Johnson. Samantha gave us an insight into her incredible wine decanting skills as she prepared to head of to São Paulo, Brazil, to represent Australia in the 43rd International WorldSkills Competition.
