KFC has launched #myplan, a program designed to help KFC restaurant employees achieve their personal and career goals, whether it is to purchase their first home or become a manager.

Through an online program that is interactive and fun, employees are motivated to be the best versions of themselves as they engage in self-reflection, self-evaluation and SMART goal setting.

Launched only recently, the program has achieved impressive results with 95 percent of managers saying it was an effective tool that assisted their employees in creating and meeting their goals.
