International Women’s Day 2017 at Wenona School

Wenona School for Girls came together recently to celebrate International Women's Day 2017.

Singer-actress, Rachael Beck paid a visit to the school to help send a powerful message to the students. She showed the girls the importance of believing in themselves during a time where women's roles in society are evolving so rapidly. It's crucial that young women are surrounded by female role models across a range of industries so that they have someone they can aspire to when planning for their careers.
