How to cast your Webby vote for SkillsOne

VOTE FOR skillsone.com.au

The 12th Annual Webby Awards has nominated Australia’s skillsone.com.au as one of only five nominees in the Associations category, placing it in the running for the two most sought-after Internet awards: The Webby Award and the Webby People’s Voice Award for 2008.

The Webby Awards is the "Oscars of the Internet".

Here are some quick steps to casting your vote. If you're feeling savvy, just go straight to the voting site and VOTE NOW.

Step 1 - Register to Vote

The Webbys Awards are an official way to recognise excellence on the Internet among peers and through public recognition.

Public voting for the Webbys People's Voice Awards is now open. To make your vote count, you must register here.

Step 2 - You must activate your registration

Don't let your registration or good will disapear into the black hole of the internet aka: your Junk Box.

An email (example shown right) will appear in your inbox within a few minutes and you must use the code given to activate your registration.

Check your Junk Box or filters if it doesn't arrive otherwise you may need to register again. Don't even ask what end of troubles you may encounter if that is needed!

Step 3 - Sign in and VOTE

Passion is a big word here at SkillsOne. So be guided by this when you hit that big fat voting button. (Actually it's a rather small button, but nevermind)

Importantly: You must scroll down the bottom of the pages to "Society" where the Associations category is shown to cast your vote for SkillsOne.

Don't even ask why these are at the bottom folks! But click on 'Associations' and you'll see it reveal SkillsOne as one of 5 nominees to vote for.

Feel free to read or post comments, or cast your votes for other categories while you're hanging around in there.

And thanks for your vote!
