David Forrest – Production Horticulture Teacher, TAFE NSW North Coast Institute

David Forrest works on a lime orchard and discusses the harvesting process for limes, as well as the best time of year for harvesting.

One of the main things David talks about is customer and market expectations that the pickers have to be aware of- from the colour of the limes, to blemishes and size.
