The Star Rating Scheme is one of the recent successes of Australian Vocational Education and Training. Unique in the world, it gives potential students, career counselors, and parents information which enables them to pick out the very best training providers Australia-wide. Until now, it's been difficult to decide on one training provider against another, but the Star Rating Scheme provides a way of doing this.

The Star Rating Scheme is owned and operated by industry, so when an RTO is recognised with a Gold Star Rating, it's industry that has evaluated and rated.
