A Visual Transformation at TAFE NSW

Visual merchandising (VM) at Ultimo College has applied an innovative approach to transform graduate employment outcomes over a 2-3 year period.

A dedicated and planned focus on engagement in the external environment to train, deliver, assess and provide relevant industry experiences on a local, national and international scale has resulted in a dramatic shift in employment outcomes.

The VM section have created a culture of delivery through engagement in competitions, charity and community events, international study tours, internships and the development of strong partnerships with other education providers.
