The 2022 Skills & Thrills LIVE Showcase
The Skills and Thrills Career Showcase is an engaging presentation taking careers advice out of the classroom and onto the screen, through an action-packed session of video, animation, music, personal ambassador stories, industry statistics and host engagement
The Showcases are launching this month, featuring the latest information for students on:
- Industry trends across NSW and Australia (for 5-15 years)
- Emerging Careers and Jobs
- School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs)
- Apprenticeships
- Traineeships
- Opportunities in the vocational education and training sector (VET)
- How to connect your passion to a career Pathways from vocational training to university education
The LIVE SHOWCASE runs as a dynamic one-hour session, opening with an overview of VET industry trends and information on apprenticeships and traineeships, followed by an engaging 30-minute film on career pathways.
There will then be a Q&A sessions with guest speakers, including NSW Training Awards Ambassadors, local industry representatives, SBAT Officers and Training Services/ Department of Industry Representatives/RIEP Officers.
LIVE SHOWS will be visiting cinemas in the North Coast, Riverina, Western NSW, Central Coast and Illawarra this July.
