Job Centre Australia Transition to Work

Transition to Work is a program focused on helping individuals get ready for working life. Job Centre Australia's Transition to Work Program is available for Year 12 students who are eligible for funding through Ageing, Disability and Home Care, Department of Human Services (ADHC).

Their focus is for clients to have the opportunity to grow and develop socially whilst leaning the skills necessary for future employment and independence, with the support of TTW staff.
