Organic Only
Anna de Baar has always loved growing things. So after studying Horticulture at Ryde TAFE in NSW, she traded in her suburban Sydney backyard for a farm near Orange.
Waru Organic Farm supplies herbs and vegetables to local Orange restaurants and farmers markets.
Anna discusses her approach to this trade and the challenges associated with growing things organically, without the use of chemicals and fertilisers.
