Mal Bourke is the Farm Manager at CB Alexander Agriculture College in Tocal. He looks after cattle, sheep, horses and the farm generally.

The College - which is both an educational as well as commercial enterprise - has 600 breeding cows, 100 sheep and 130 horses on 5,000 acres.

Under Mal's guidance, students learn a variety of farm skills including vaccinating, drenching, drafting and counting.
