The water isn't just the ideal habitat for salmon in Northwest Bay, Tassal employees tell us why there's no place they'd rather be!

We also meet Matt Barrenger, the diver who monitors the fish health, schooling behaviour, in addition to repairing nets and Michael Wright, the feeder.

The team discuss the process for looking after both the fish and the local environment.
