Smith The Silversmith

Oliver has been studying silversmithing - what he describes as a cross between being a jeweller, blacksmith and panelbeater - for about 15 years and says the job never fails to fascinate, motivate and satisfy him.

His work experience has seen him work for significant silversmiths and metal workers not only in Australia but New Zealand, Mexico, Germany and England.

Oliver talks about why silversmithing is traditionally, and logically, seen to be the 'King of all Trades'...
