We talk to WorldSkills Australian representative in Restaurant Service, Sarah Rowsell, and her mentor, Restaurant Service expert Brigitte Collins.

Trainer Ivan Novak is also giving Sarah some final tips while she trains at Ryde TAFE, in Sydney.
