As the countdown to the Hilton's biggest event draws closer, the demands of catering for 650 guests are critical. Ever wondered what happens when a hotel runs out of Pina Colada? Or what about when the stage performers have a problem?

Part 3

Sydney Hilton's top trainees must deal with unforseen problems with calm, decisiveness and a positive approach. In the kitchen, passions are naturally running high.

Executive Sous Chef Eric Van Der Molen puts it all on the line to get the kitchen working to schedule with his team of young apprentices.
