In our first special feature story 'Access All Areas', we follow a team of Hilton trainees to get behind the scenes and find out how all the key areas and trades in a hotel function together.

Sydney Hilton's top trainees have been selected to organise their biggest event of the year - the annual staff party. It includes catering for over 600 people.

This is a crucial opportunity for the events team to showcase their skills before their most critical judges, their peers and seniors. An inside look at what it takes to be a future manager in the Hilton group.
