Service Skills Australia National Conference 2012: Technology in Training

Service Skills Australia’s 2012 National Conference took place in Brisbane on the 27-28th February 2012.

The conference theme, Quality in the Making, focused on setting a new benchmark of quality, by exploring the concept of quality from the perspective of trainers, workforce and industry.  The conference aimed to deliver information to enhance existing training practices to achieve quality outcomes for trainers and industry.

SkillsOne spoke to various speakers and attendees about technology in training - it's increasing importance, developments and integration within the sector.
