Appetite for Success: Mad Hatters Tea Party

Appetite for Success is an innovative industry retention strategy, contributing to the building of successful long term careers for young chefs.

The Appetite for Success Program provides a unique opportunity to increase professional and technical knowledge and skills through a range of flexible and supportive learning experiences. It also encourages and supports increased confidence, self-awareness and personal growth.

Beyond the significant industry benefits already resulting from these initiatives, the TAFE Northern Sydney Institute and TAFE Sydney Institute delivery benefit from improved responsiveness to the specific needs of enterprises and their individual employees.

Recently SkillsOne visited TAFE Northern Sydney Institute, Ryde College for the Mad Hatters Tea Party to learn about how the program has helped these young chefs grow not only professionally but personally since the launch in August

To find out more about the program contact Ianthe Smith on 9448 6281 NSI, Dianne Hudleston 0402 421 920 SI or Rebecca Flood Promotional Services Officer Northern Sydney Institute 9942 0628 or Wendy Robinson Media and Promotions Sydney Institute 9217 3358
