WorldSkills Australia Nationals - Brisbane 2010 - Cooking
Originally from Adelaide but competing for Townsville after moving there with his mum Jesse Stevens claims to be on another level to the contestants on MasterChef. He would be right too. Having been around the industry since a young age of thirteen with his cousin owning a restaurant Jesse's passion and love for cooking grew. Having finished studying last year this is his first WorldSkills competition. His first impressions were that of disbelief and of the overwhelming size. Jesse enjoys to cook almost anything and is not afraid to try something new or something he has never done before. he hopes this career will enable him to travel and one day work in his own restaurant.
