WorldSkills Australia Nationals - Brisbane 2010 - Retail Baking/ Bread & Pastry
Bryce has just completed Day 2 of the WorldSkills National competition in Brisbane. After a bumpy start, he has identified the areas for improvement and baked up a storm (so much so, that spectators offered money for his product!). His specialtly is sweets, wedding cakes to be precise.
Bryce works full time at Beechworth Bakery while also attending Wodonga TAFE. He hopes to open his own Bakery one day, and will likely move on to a business course to develop a well rounded skill set required to own and run your own business.
