WorldSkills Australia Nationals - Brisbane 2010 - Restaurant Service
Therese is a second year apprentice at Box Hill TAFE in Victoria and is very excited about reaching the WorldSkills Competition and reaching the National finals. She sees her long term goals as managing her own restaurant and believes it is essential to understand the customer’s needs.
Working in the front of house is a good way to learn the business and appreciate its challenges.
