Organised by TTA to bring the industry, Government and Unions together for a range of technical updates regarding future training, this was attended by up to 300 senior industry operators.

Guests attending represented major hotels, restaurants, clubs, travel, tourism and other sectors and major employers. A large contingent of senior students (Hospitality Management) attended to meet with industry guest presenters including: David Collins (D.E.T) NSW, Nicolas Wyman (WPC Group / Vic), Joe Pavlekovic (Goal Training & Development, Vic), Peter Doyle (National Restaurant Association) and Reinhold Forster (Futura Training) The outcomes provided a comprehensive update of training initiatives and especially outlined industry directions in trading and training.
