From Apprentice Eric Coy through to Managing Director Colin Johnsen. Colin has a firm belief that by training and nurturing his staff one day they will be able to take his position and run the company.
His father was an entrepeneur and founded the company in 1961.
"He had a vision to put a sheetmetal letter box in front of every house in Australia," says Colin. "To the day he died he only made two but he built this wonderful empire."
