The Riviera Group is Australia's leading luxury boat manufacturer with an international reputation for building quality boats and training apprentices to high standards.
Faced with a skills shortage in the 1990s, Riviera built its own training centre on its manufacturing site. Their world-renowned school-based apprenticeship program is a model of best practice training exemplified by high levels of recruitment and retention.
A key feature of this apprenticeship program is that they provide skills and life training, offering apprentices an opportunity to learn how to succeed in business and in life.
