Diving deep
Andrew McGowan was backpacking around Europe when he saw a television show about scuba-diving.
Inspired, he returned to Australia shortly after and joined the Royal Australian Navy.
Enjoying the physical challenge of professional scuba-diving, the best part of his job is travelling the world, getting paid to keep fit and the mateship and camaraderie within Australian Clearance Diving Team One.
