Electrician to the Rescue
David Andersen (31) is an Emergency Services Officer (EMSO) for Energy Australia. He works on a roster -technically he is not ‘on call’, but in any shift he is assigned to different emergency situations (about 8- 10 a day by an automated in-car system, similar to a cab driver). Each day is different and very unpredictable when working with dangerous electrical situations but David enjoys the variety of the work.
