OneSteel is Australia’s premier manufacturer of steel long products and a leading metals distribution company. OneSteel and Smorgon Steel, two great names in Australian steelmaking, are now a single entity, offering services such as minerals extraction through to metal recycling.
SkillsOne hears from Ben McCallum - Fabricator Apprentice (traditionally known as Boilermaker) at OneSteel. He shows us the projects he and his fellow classmates are working on, including an aluminium boat.
He feels there are a lot of opportunities in the Boilermaking industry.
