The maritime industry includes careers in bluewater vessels and in-coastal vessels (such as fishing boats, charter boats, ferries and patrol).

Careers are varied and include Marine Engine Driver, Officer of Watch, Shipping Control Planner.

A love of the water is a great start for a maritime career.

Darren says getting qualifications is the key to get started and you'll never look back.
