A head for beer
The Beer Doctor, Troy Simpson has a head for beer.
For the last 20 odd years, Troy has been plumbing beer, wine and soft drink lines into pubs and clubs accross Australia.
The trade itself is a specialisation of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanics called beer reticulation.
Balancing the flow rate (so that the beer doesn't come out like ice cream) is an inexact science which takes years of training to perfect.
Luckily, the team at Beers-R-Us have it down pat. The perk of the job? The quality control testing of course!
