Shearer Shannon Warnest and wool handler Eileen Philipson have both represented Australia at the World Championships of Wool Harvesting.
As key members of Australian Wool Innovation's Mentoring Group, they are responsible for coaching the trainers of shearing and wool handling.
They discuss the relationship between the shearer and the wool handler within the wool harvesting team and give us an insight into working in the industry.
