Karen Struthers the Minister for Women (QLD) talks about the women in hard hats promotion and the Indigenous women on the move campaign. She wants to let women know that they can do and be whatever and whoever they want. Her advice is to take up an opportunity a non-traditional role and see the benefits of such a role. It is about having a go and donning a hard hat. Her message is simple: try a trade.
