Giving Pests the Flick

SkillsOne meets Gary Stephenson, from Flick Pest Control.

We find out about the pest control industry, opportunities within it for young people and what a typical day involves as he inspects a typical Australian home for termites and timber pests.

We follow him on inspection of one property and learn just what makes houses more vulnerable to pests.

About Gary:

Gary is the National Technical Manager at ISS. He had his own Pest Control Company for years that was bought by ISS/Flick in 2003.

He stayed on with the company for a while and was then integrated into the ISS Flick company as their Technical/Operations Manager. He looks after Operations, Training and Technical Issues.
