Jan Stedry says when it comes to anybody wanting to get involved with PC Support they must study at Tafe. He is currently completing his Diploma at Meadow Bank Tafe in Sydney. Although the competition he claims has been hard and challenging it has been a lot of fun. He has had to learn new stuff to help him through. If you have a mind for troubleshooting than Jan says this could be the industry for you.
