The 2012 NSW Training Awards
The 2012 NSW Training Awards presentation event was conducted at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, hosted by the NSW Minister for Education, The Hon Adrian Piccoli.
The NSW Training Awards are the peak awards for vocational education and training, recognising and celebrating achievement, excellence and innovation in the training sector in NSW. Over 900 applications were received across the 17 award categories. This year a new award was introduced: the Special Award for a Woman in a Non-Traditional Trade or Occupation was included in the Industry Excellence Awards. Presenting the award was Minister for Women, The Hon Pru Goward.
