Mark talks about the best times to visit the NSW North Coast for blueberry picking, the need for the farmers to have committed pickers for the blueberry harvest, and the fact that blueberries can’t be picked in the rain. He also discusses payment options and rates, and how much money a picker might expect to earn. Mark suggests that blueberry picking is a great option for older pickers as there’s less weight-baring involved, and the work is slightly gentler.
