Denise Kreymborg - Bowen District Grower’s Association – Industry Development Officer
Denise’s role consists of liaising between growers and industry to ensure solutions and challenges are addressed, and supporting programs which aim to address issues such as skills and labour shortages. Denise talks about the large population of grey nomads working within the Bowen District, and the attractions of the region such as the Whitsundays and the Great Barrier Reef, as well as outlining the types of crops grown in the region, and the best season for harvesting.
