Bruce Tyrrell - CEO Tyrrell's Wines (2)
Tyrrell’s Wines has been operating since 1858, and is the equal second oldest family owned company in the wine industry of Australia. CEO, Bruce Tyrrell talks about the harvesting process, the types of wine they produce, as well as discussing what kind of work is involved for pickers who decide to have a go at grape-harvesting. As a family run business, Bruce sees the importance of treating pickers well so that they are inspired to come back year after year, and enjoy themselves while they’re there. He also talks about the great variety of attractions and things to do in the Hunter Valley whilst pickers are working the season.
