Inspire TV: NAIDOC Week and Coles
Coles has been making some small but important steps since launching its Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Plan in March 2011.
They have added over 100 Indigenous Team Members to their work force in the last 12 months, and aim to continue with their Indigenous Employment Programs moving forward.
Coles have been working hard toward making their business a place where all Australians feel welcomed as Team Members, Customers and Visitors.
Coles have been working closely with Indigenous Communities in Sydney, now running their second employment workshop there with more to come this year.
As one of Australia’s largest employers with over 105,000 team members, Coles is able to create real career opportunities accessible to all Australians.
