WorldSkills Australia Nationals - Brisbane 2010 - Business Services
Lance is currently doing his Business Services traineeship at Central Queensland Institute of TAFE in Rockhampton. When he isn't developing his skills in public speaking and customer service, Lance is busy keeping up a part time job as an administration officer. In addition to learning many other useful life skills, he says his confidence has improved drastically.
Lance is looking forward to competing in the WorldSkills Nationals, and has mixed emotions of excitement and anticipation. He has been spending an extra hours in recent weeks preparing for the competition.
Once his training is complete, he hopes to start his own retail business and continue his studies.
