In a first for HTN, yesterday saw the Newcastle heat of the 2011 HTN Apprentice Butcher and Apprentice Chef team competition. Six HTN Apprentice butchers were paired with six HTN Apprentice chefs and charged with working as a team to produce three main meals from un-trimmed long legs of lamb and a tray of accompanying ingredients.
